Excelent din toate punctele de vedere

This property was located within walking distance to everything in downtown Sevilla. We took a taxi to the apartment from the train station and literally walked everywhere during our 5 day stay. 5 minutes to the Cathedral and the Alcazar, 8 minutes to Las Setas, 9 minutes to the bullfight arena, and 20 minutes to the Plaza de Espana. The WiFi was great, the facilities were exactly what we hoped. It had the best shower of any place we have stayed this trip.

The bed was uncomfortable. The upstairs neighbor scraping chairs on the floor, street noise, and someone with their tv on all the time made it noisy. We use a YouTube white noise video while sleeping, so it kept the noise from ruining our sleep.

Posizione perfetta per girare la città a piedi. Possibilità di mangiare a casa (stoviglie, pentole, minipimer, macchina per caffè ecc.)

La limpieza, los detalles como la cápsulas de café, agua, la cocina tenía sal pimienta todo lo necesario

No hay nada que decir malo

Sehr schöne und vor allem zentral gelegene Ferienwohnung. Alles ist in der Nähe. Einkauf und sightseeing in Fußweite. Sehr nette und gut erreichbare Gastgeberin. Alles allerdings nur über das Internet bzw WhatsApp. Aber dafür rund um die Uhr und schnelle Hilfe und Tipps. Wir können das Appartement absolut empfehlen.

Leider ist das Appartement etwas hellhörig. Sowohl Geräusche aus dem Haus als auch von der Fußgängerzone. Und während unseres Aufenthaltes wurden auch noch Renovierungsarbeiten im Haus durchgeführt worden. Mit entsprechender Lautstärke.
