Lovely guest-room with private bathroom

It is very near to the center so it was easy to get around the town by foot. The room is very clear and comfy!

Just the pillows - need the better ones. Everything else was great!

The room is very modern and well maintained. The AC was working perfectly in the room. Easy free WIFI connection. The location of the building is very close to the city center, around 10 min of walking and on the side of the street you also have the possibility to park your car for free, if you're lucky and patient enough to find a place. There is also a public parking nearby from what I know, but we always found a place to park our car for free. Very easy self check in and check out process, as you get all the needed info in advance, via email/ sms, so we did not have to meet anyone along the whole stay. In case you might have some requests, you can always get in touch with the host, as his contact details are also shared in the room (there was no need for this in our case as everything ran really smoothly). It's very close (2min away) to a laundromat, which came in very handy for us as we could use the option to wash some of our clothes too, as we were on a 2 weeks long trip. The location is super close to Gelateria Zampolli, which later on we found out it's one of the most famous ones in Trieste ( always super crowded and with tons of flavours to try on).

Our room was somehow part of a once bigger apartment in an old building in Trieste. This is the reason why we had a small common hallway with 2 more rooms, which would be quite noisy if you'd have neighbors returning from the city center around 3 AM in the morning. But that was ok for us, since we're not bothered that easily by noises. The pillows we had were some of the most uncomfortable we have ever tried unfortunately. It was the only accommodation we've stayed in (and definitely not the cheapest) to ask us to throw our own garbage before checking out.
