Dream Stay - Brand New Apartment with Balcony & Free Parking

Nice, light, airy and clean modern apartment with fab balconies in a quiet neighborhood. Semi easy walking distance from public transport stops, a grocery store or even Baltijaam. There were no shops, restaurants or cafes in the immediate vicinity of the apartment.. Speaking of coffee; there was a Paulig coffee machine in the apartment 😃👏 It would make it easier if there was information about what kind of capsules to get or if there were even a few samples 😉 Big bathroom and basic kitchen utensils. Staff were helpful and flexible on the phone with check-in and keys were as agreed 👍

Some of the kitchen utensils had been left filthy. And for example the Teflon frying pans and some of the pillows are in an awful shape - which is a shame in such nice apartment. Couldn't figure out how to use basic TV channels because the device asked for a pin code and there were no instructions. Netflix did work 😁 A separate, written 28-point rental agreement to be signed and a separate €100 deposit to be transferred to an account seem nonsense and unnecessarily complicated to an active booking.com user.
