Brand new guest room with Wi-Fi in the city center

It was clean and private, it has everything that you need for a couple of days.

It would be great if it has a microwave or a kitchenette.

It is an ideal private space if you need privacy

It is a building under reconstruction, the elevator was not working, there is a lot of dust outside the areas, there is a lot of noise, very poor communication with the manager, I informed him that there was a lot of noise and someone tried to open my door, I never got an answer, he only reminded me to leave the tax payment and thank me for my stay.

We had problems with a shower, not easy to operate, we came late and very tired, we didnt know how to stop it or find cold water

Refrigirator is noisy and we had to turn it off during the night Also, no glasses, plates, spoons, some small kitchen will work

The location was great, the room was newly furbished and clean, the bed was comfortable. There is WiFi and A/C in the room.

While our room was great, the stay was disappointing. In spite of the information about available free parking, when we had arrived we waited 2.5 HOURS to have a free spot on the street. We finally gave up and searched for a parking garage. We specifically chose this place because of the free parking oppurtunity, but if we knew it meant what it turned out, we would have definetely chose a hotel with reserved parking spots. The hotel is being renewed, so cables were hanging from the ceiling in the hallways and dust everywhere. The workers started their shift every morning at 7.30am with much noise. After 10pm there were loud noises, dogs barking and kids running around in the hallway. Because there is no staff on site, there was no one to report to. The fridge was not working. While some of these things are understandable (like the reconstruction and the accompanying dust), they did not warn us ahead, apologised or give a discount. The room was great and I am sure the rest of the bulding will look nice once it's done, but the misleading and missing information made our stay less enjoyable.

Good location near the train station.

There are a lot of building works in the building. Lift was under construction. Room is of a good size but the bathroom is small. Window facing a wall.

Long story short - worst accommodation I have ever had. The I'll version: Let's start with parking, we chased this room because we travelled by car. And free parking is practically a lie - owner says its free on the streets, but there is no connected or belonged parking spot to this house/tom etc. So free parking means you have to park on the streets if you find something - haha, you do not. So the best option is 4th molo parking which costs 17 EUR per day. If you are already there and see some suspicious entrance with damaged doors (later we understand why, the glass is broken for purpose - so you can open the door if its closed), you are in right place and can enter the practically building site. Everything is covered in dust, so be careful on the stairway - you can easily slip, like I did. The elevator is not constructed yet. Before moving into the apartment I hadn't received any instructions. So it takes a few unanswered calls, until somebody wrote us via WhatsApp and gave us the code. So finally we are inside and: Fridge is not working There is a kettle but not the mugs or nothing The room stinks like a building site There is no toilet paper or any hygiene - you have to buy your own It is medium tidy - it seems owner not care much The besdisde lamps are connected inside out - you always turn the lamp of the other The pictures on the wall is mostly missing Walls are little bit soiled and damaged You can find a table lamp in the wardrobe - somebody broke it before And check out the window sight - the building site. You do not need the alarm, workers wake you up around 8 a.m. by drill and building something in upper floors. You can see attached photos. Hope you will read it before you pay the bill. We didn't like anything

We didn't like anything in the apartment. Aprtman does not have a window facing the road, it has a window that is in some tunnel inside the building, the bathroom smells of fungus. You can't get out of the shower because it's made cramped. You cannot turn the shower faucet. The hole in the bathtub drain is not protected and you can injure yourself if you are not careful. The bathroom smells awful. All in all, dangerous for health. And most importantly, parking is not free, if you don't have a place to park on the street, you have to go to a public garage that costs 14 euros per day.
