The property is very peaceful and beautifully built.

The first impression was quite bad. 1st of all we booked it about a month ago via Booking.com no payment was needed until check in. No one contacted me to confirm anything for days. however after a few days when I called to know about a few Jhimli Biswas picked up the call. She asked for an advance payment. I asked if I would get a receipt or not she went on with her baseless logic. Obviously I became skeptical then and there. When I told her if an advance payment is needed then why over whatsapp or on call it should have been documented or mentioned in the website itself. She said they can't confirm the booking if I don't pay. I eventually didn't pay a penny until I reached there and checked in. To my horror the swimming pool was chargeable!! The worst part was it was not a one time charge that too per head! during your stay every time you get inside the pool you have to pay. They have not mentioned anything beforehand even though I was in constant touch with the contact person whose number is provided here (Jhimli). What bothered me here is the transparency. Also they say that every area in that property is accessible which is certainly not. You go inside the property and the guards will surprise you with the limited access information. Also let me tell you that even though the name is mentioned here as Ganga kutir Oak villa but in reality it's outside Ganga kutir. They don't provide any toiletries kit as well. Only a lux soap. They are charging this amount only and only for the accommodation. The property is very beautifully built however lacks the maintenance it needs. The only good thing here was the caretaker,he was helpful. However the property is very serene and far away from the hustle bustle of the city. You can go there if you want to spend money on a beautifully built resort however don't expect anything from them. They don't have wifi service there which was also not mentioned.
