Amazing and modern apartment, very good curtains, we could make the rooms really dark during midnight sun which allowed for good night sleep. Comfortable beds,

The place was amazing, super clean and very comfortable, not to mention that it was very close to the center of Tromsø walking distance from everything. The owner was very quick to respond any question we had! I would repeat for sure.

This was modern apartment in a relatively new, well furnished building with good security. The decor, art on the walls and plants, well-chose fittings and furniture made it a relaxed and comfortable space. The kitchen equipment worked well and lots of plates, bowls and cutlery meant that we did not need to run the dishwasher after every meal. Seasonings had been generously provided which made cooking the first couple of meals easier. The apartment was heated well, and we appreciated having a microwave and full oven. Loved the location, very close to the center and a Coop Extra nearby for groceries.

The cleanliness and hygiene fell short. The bathroom trash had not been emptied and the dishwasher had a strong stink about it which disappeared once we ran it. Our biggest grouse was that we were not provided trash bags besides repeated reminders and promises to do so. This was a problem due to the complicated waste disposal system in differently colored trash bags and threats of fines if it was not properly done. Eventually we had to scramble to get our own. The bathroom shower area had no shelf on which to place toiletries, there was no detergent for the washing machine, no coffee for the lovely coffee maker. Their given phone numbers do not work, so communication is by messages- we get quick apologetic responses but nothing gets done. There was no tea towel for the kitchen or floor mat for the bathroom, problems raised by previous reviewers, but clearly ignored.

The apartment is amazing. It is possible to find everything what you need.

The location is fantastic and central. The flat was warm and clean.

We booked for an extra bed which was not arranged until the last evening, meaning 1 of us had nowhere to sleep comfortably. The recycling rules are hard to follow especially when they didn't provide any white bags for general waste but send you an email before departure telling you if you don't follow the rules you will receive huge fines Also the TV is only set up for you to stream to unless you have a Netflix account which should also be mentioned before booking. Once you arrive you receive no assistance by messaging and spend a fortune on ringing a local office for no support. Next time I'd book with a hotel as this unfortunately ruined our holiday.

Modern and spacious apartment at a very central location in Tromsø. It is located next to a park but still there are a lot of cafés, restaurants and shops nearby. Apartment is fully equipped and it has all the listed amenities.

It is visible that the apartment is very new/or recently refurbished, but also it seems that it lacks some general maintenance, e.g: some curtains were torn, water draining is slow in the sink, dishwasher is missing salt and detergent. Also the owner requests guests to start the dishwasher before leaving, which is fine, but it also meant that we arrived to the apartment with a full load of dishes to be put in place after the previous guest.
