Dream Stay - Mere Residence Apartments with 24H reception

Huoneiston sujainti oli hyvä ja se oli remontoitu.

Asunto oli todella lämmin ja kostea eikä ilmanvaihto toiminut. Ilmastointia ei ole. Yleinen palaute asunnon vuokrauksesta: varauksen jälkeen piti yllättäen maksaa 100 euron takuumaksu, josta ei ollut mainintaa aiemmin. Lisäksi olisi pitänyt allekirjoittaa erillinen vuokrasopimus, joka näkyi linkin kautta virheellisesti ja oli käytännössä lukukelvoton. Pyydettäessä en saanut sopimusta pdf:nä tms.

Appartamento situato appena fuori dalle mura, in posizione comoda sia per visitare a piedi la città storica che per prendere i mezzi pubblici. Camera abbastanza piccola con letto matrimoniale sul soppalco e l'altro in realtà era un divano che trasforma la seduta in materasso. Cucina attrezzata e bagno con doccia piccolo e senza finestra ma utilizzabile. Personale gentile

Prezzo un pò elevato per l'ampiezza della camera. Scomodo e basso il soppalco con il letto matrimoniale.

Decisamente vincente e impagabile la posizione, nel centro della città. Appartamento ristrutturato e quindi tutto nuovo; reception 24 h quindi molto facile il check- in senza locker.Uniche pecche: ci vorrebbe un microonde, davvero utile e pratico rispetto ad un forno vero e qualche pentola in più .

The location was excellent as easy walk from ferry terminal. Also easy walk to old town across the road, we had a beautiful view of the town, which made this room special. The room was comfortable for 2 people.

The bed was a little uncomfortable as top mattress kept slipping off. No cleaning cloth for dishes.

Our room was given to other guests and we had to wait 2 hours to check in. The next day we were left without a room the whole day because it wasn’t ready. We booked for 3 people, but the sofa was too short for the third person. No shampoo, wet towels, no apology, no compensation. Very disappointing.

The room had everything you need. It was very easy to get into the room. 24-hour reception, you can leave your luggage before leaving. Great area Rotterman nearby.

There was no air conditioning, so it was quite stuffy, but we opened the windows and then everything was fine. When going down the stairs on the second floor of the room, the last step is not very visible, so you can fall.

Apartment was nice but a lot smaller than it looks in the pictures.

The staff was really rude!!! There was a different person in the reception every time during our 4 days stay and NOBODY even answered greetings like we werent even noticed - no eye contact or smiling, just dull expression. A worker didn't say a word when we checked out. Staff never answer to e-mail. There was no air conditioning so it was over 30 degrees in our room.
