Lovely studio 5 min walk from Old Town and seaside

Me and my cousin stayed at this lovely apartment for three nights and can really recommend this apartment for anyone. Kaisa's place has everything what a traveller might need. She has clearly thought of everything and has really made her place a home. Apartment was clean and it was quiet. Location is perfect and checking in and out is very easy and simple. Kaisa provides very clear instructions about her apartment and seems to be very helpful.

The apartment was near everything, easy to get everywhere. The bath tub was amazing, there was everything such as shampoo's and washing powder.

Bed wasn't the most comfortable

The property has the basic necessary items as described. The location is good and the staff is responsive.

I don’t like my staying because the property is not so clean, comfortable and cozy. I’ll enumerate the following item so think it’s important to mention as well as I wish I could have knew it so I wouldn’t have booked this place. 1) Even though I have read some reviews from 2022 saying the shower was broken and the property was not so clean, I decided to give it a try because that were reviews from last year so I thought the owner could have solved. However, I testified the same issues as you can see in the photos attached. It’s very annoying taking a shower and have the ground all wet. Fortunately, I asked the staff new mattress and they brought me. 2) The mattress it’s not comfortable and it’s dirty on the borders as you can see in the image. This is very disgusting. Additionally, the bed sheets don’t smell like clean. I wouldn’t say they were dirty, though. 3) There are only direct lights in the room. There is no only single luminary to make it more comfy. 4) The fridge makes a disturbing and loud noise. I woke up in the middle of the night and turned it off, otherwise I couldn’t sleep. I also read reviews about it but didn’t take into account, unfortunately. 5) There are no carpets in the room like in the photo. 6) There is no view from the window and the apartment is not bright. Which means if happen to stay in the room the whole day, in addition to all the items I listed, it can be very unpleasant and uncomfortable. I had to stay in the room the whole day because it was raining and I don’t recommend it.

Ideal location. Comfortable flat. There was all for good rest after I was running marathon - bath, comfortable bed😊.

Little bit noisy outside in the evening, but I understand it - its centre.
