"Very nice, but wrong key code."

Location was great and the size was too.

They gave us the wrong lock box code. We stood in the rain for at least 25 minute trying to figure it out. Fortunastely, my kids understand whatapp to contact the person for the correct code. I messaged the owner what time was the check out? The reply was, "Didnt you read the reservation?" I think a more polite comment would be, "Since you stood out in the rain, because I gave you the wrong key code, you may check out an hour later." It is just a polite jesture.
