Beste Lage in Rostock: 2-Zimmerwohnung mit Balkon im 1.OG

Vorteil war, dass man sich irgendwo hinlegen konnte. Wir waren im Zentrum, nicht so weit weg von der Hauptbahnhof.

Leider wurden wir mit Schmutz konfrontiert: Schrauben in der Waschmaschine, nicht abgelassenes Wasser in der Toilette, nicht gewischter Boden und die Kommode, auf der der Fernseher stand, war nicht richtig befestigt. Und noch vieles mehr.

Nur die Lage

Ich habe noch nie so eine dreckige versifte Wohnung gesehen.schwäme mit Schimmel im Bad wie in der Küche.Haare dreck staub überall.Fernbedienung vom Fernseher keimig.Marmelade an den Türen.Die Stühle in der Küche sifig.Die Pfannen 100 jahre alt.geschirr zusammen gewürfelt fehlt aber vieles.Aschenbecher auf dem Balkon mega voll.Gestunken hat es,wenn man in die wohnung kommt.Bettzeug nicht frisch.Ich habe mich echt geeckelt und habe ein Handtuch aufs Kopfkissen gelegt. Ich buche hier sehr viel ,aber,das hab ich noch nie erlebt.Dreck Keim überall in der Wohnung.Für den Preis 2 Erwachsene 1 kind für eine Nacht habe ich für den Dreck usw 135€ bezahlt.Eine Nacht hat komplett gereicht nie wieder.Habe ja bewertungen gelesen,aber was man vorfindet übertrifft echt alles.Lasst es und bucht woanders.Ich könnte hier noch soviel schreiben.aber ich lasse es. Und an den Vermieter,für das Geld was ihr einnehmt könnt ihr bitte mal ein Reinigungstrupp reinschicken und manches muss auch mal erneuert werden und nicht nur profit machen.Man muss auch mal was investieren!

The apartment is on the first floor, left side, with the name XYZ,” I was sent a link to a German website. The website was difficult to navigate on a mobile device, and the code was buried somewhere in the text. There was no clear information about which apartment it was for. I had to try each apartment one by one to see where the key would fit. The keys for the building entrance worked poorly, and the apartment key was also problematic. After a second round of attempts, I finally found the correct apartment. The check-in system is terrible!

Very clean and comfortable bad, the price is very good!

Very good price and location for 4+ people. We were less so we had plenty of space. The hygiene was great and the amenities were more than enough. Almost adjacent to the old town, we had a great time.

The appartment is clean and comfortable with perfect location.

The staff was very nice and helped me with special requests on my arrival
