"Friendly staff but not enough facilities"

The staff were really friendly especially Ossama who assisted us throughout and the place was safe as it had a security guard and double locks.

We were given one towel each between 4 girls for a three day stay and were told to keep washing that one towel. I had to go out and buy more, even when I told them I have eczema and need more towels. We were also only given one washing pod and had to request more. There also was not enough mirrors with there only being one in bathroom and main room, none in the bedrooms.

"Beautiful modern apartment with spacious balcony."

Very modern apartment. Easy check in procedure. Appreciated the security features for entry into the residence and the apartment. The balcony is spacious with good exposure. We enjoyed being downtown with easy access to restaurants and coffee shops.
