A casa fica em uma excelente localização, muito próxima a praia dentro do condomínio, a caaa é ampla e bem arejada, não tem cheiro forte. A anfitriã responde a todas as mensagens mas infelizmente alguns pontos não tem tempo hábil para serem solucionados.

A casa está sem manutenção, ficamos sem TV, os ar são aqueles bem antigos então são barulhentos, a limpeza estava bem superficial, geladeiras apenas mantendo fresco e as lapadas da sala não acendiam.
