La Croce dei Venti (VV)

La urbanización es muy tranquila, las vistas desde las 2 terrazas son preciosas, especialmente la que da a la playa. Está muy próximo a una piscina "natural". El piso está equipado con sillas y sombrilla para la playa, ¡estamos muy agradecidos por ello!

No sé si tuvimos mucha mala suerte, pero parece que le falta mantenimiento. Había muchas cosas rotas en el apartamento: - Encimera no funcionaba. El host nos trajo una eléctrica al día siguiente. - La lavadora no funcionaba. - La puerta trasera no cerraba. - El depósito de agua corriente estuvo haciendo ruido durante varios días y al final nos quedamos sin agua y tuvo que venir un fontanero. - El wc pierde agua (que no sería un problema hasta que nos quedamos sin agua y nos encontramos que teníamos el depósito vacío). Nos molestó tener que estar pendientes de todas éstas cosas mientras estábamos de vacaciones 1 semana. De no ser por éstas cosas, la estancia hubiera sido de 10.

La decoracion, la casa esta muy bien diseñada, equipada. La vista al mar con ese jardin trasero.

La verdad todo perfecto. Solo podria comentar que pondria cortinas blackout en el living para que no entre la luz, ya que la habitacion no tiene puerta. Entra demasiada luz. Tener un ventilador porque aunque no hagan 40 grados, los 25/27 se sienten y hace calor.

El diseño del alejamiento, la decoración. Era muuuy bonito todo.

No estar informados del corte de agua de los miércoles.

Super Lage direkt am Meer. In der Nähe ist eine angelegte Stelle, in der man schwimmen kann. Meer ist dort sonst zu rau. Wohnung war sauber und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wir haben vor der Anreise ein sehr hilfreiches Video bekommen, das den Eingang zur Wohnung zeigt und weitere nützlichen Sachen.

Die Wohnung hat keine Klimaanlage. Es wurde so warm, dass an schlafen nicht zu denken war. Wir standen also vor der Wahl in der Hitze nicht schlafen zu können oder die Türen an beiden Seiten zu öffnen, damit der Wind durchziehen kann. Durch die offenen Türen kamen dann mehrmals Katzen rein. Immerhin die einzigen ungebetenen Gäste. Das Problem könnte man locker lösen, indem im Schlafzimmer zumindest ein Ventilator installiert wird. Zusätzlich hat die Wasserpumpe Luft gezogen und konstant Lärm gemacht. Wir müssten den Stromstecker ziehen, um Ruhe zu haben. Hatten dann allerdings kein Wasser in der Wohnung. Das hin und her mit der Pumpe war sehr nervig. Der Dachbereich war nicht sauber. Womöglich war er nicht zur Nutzung gedacht. Das Sonnensegel war etwas lockerer, da kabelninder fehlten. Auch das hat bei dem vielen Wind Lärm erzeugt. Der Außenbereich in Richtung Meer ist praktisch kaum nutzbar. Morgens und mittags wird man von der Sonne gegrillt, abends könnte man dort zwar sitzen, aber bequem ist anders. An der Gummidichtung des Wasserhahns in Küche bildet sich Schimmel. Stauraum könnte etwas mehr sein. Grundsätzlich ist die Wohnung schön, aber die Mängel müssen dringend beseitigt werden, damit Preis-Leistung stimmt.

The best thing about the location is the views

The apartment was very dirty, you could see a lot had not been cleaned in a very long time, the walls were very mouldy which is very bad for your health, there were some major holes in the corridor, the bathroom shower was full of mould too as well as the bathroom window, the apartment needs to be freshen up...you can see its been very used and not painted in a long time but most important very little care in the entire process. All the kitchen items were extremely greasy, and you needed to wash everything before touching anything. Additionally, Lanzarote is a very windy and when in the living room, you can hear the noise constantly as it's not properly isolated, not terrible, but can be annoying at times. The rooftop terrace was not set up and was completely dirty and nothing like the pictures... I wrote to the host that we were cold the first night, and we never got a response in 4 days. He only reached back to ask when we would check out and to make sure to take the garbage out (which obviously we did). I work in the same industry, so I understand that care for the guests is one of the most important and precious things of all.

Very nicely furnished and equipped lovely small apartament in great quiet location. Would have been nice if owner was more responsive.

Overall, the apartment was great. Views and peace and quiet Location for us was perfect it's out the way in a quite lovely village. A car is definitely needed, no supermarket or bars nearby, which we didn't find an issue with. The apartment had everything you needed. The host sent us everything we needed to know about how to get to the apartment, which was super helpfully. We did message the host, but unfortunately, they did not reply to our message, which was a bit disappointing.

Everything was wonderful :) It's a beautiful location and apartment The apartment doesn't have air con, so maybe a fan could be a nice touch. Especially on the hot nights and for guests who don't like to keep the doors open at night. But we were comfortable with keeping the door slightly open as we probably saw a handful of people throughout our stay. The washing machine, which is located in the bathroom, kept us up one night as it kept beeping. So we just had to unplug it. Which again wasn't a problem, just may be a fault with the machine.

The place is wonderful and the host was really kind and nice in sharing many tips for staying in the island

Great, private location close reach to sights around the island with best sunrise views just out from the living room or by the dining table.

Main door had a poor lock, should have been changed by now.

very homely, wonderful kitchen with large fridge for all the ice in the world:)) fantastic management really helpful with everything! specious bathroom with large shower! we loved the design and felt very comfortable. oh, and the proper coffee machine made up my mornings!

perhaps the open plan layout if the other half wants to sleep longer or catch up an early night.
