The appartment was very spacious.

If I could recommend an area for improvement then it is the cleanliness in the cupboards and drawers in the kitchen.

Very spacious comfortable and tidy

Lift wasn't working. No soap or toaster.

After getting off on the wrong foot (see below), the host offered to put us in an apartment in a different building (at the top of the Fontana shopping mall) at the same price. It turned out to be a very fine apartment-- spacious, large balcony, clean, on top of a mall with a super market and a few restaurants. The kitchen was lacking a few things but OK. Jana at the reception desk was instrumental in working out this deal-- she was very pleasant, calm, spoke good English, a real superstar. It just felt a bit like a zombie apocalypse movie to be staying in a shopping mall (especially at night when it had emptied out).

The apartment that we were given was NOT the same apartment had booked-- it lacked a balcony (which was explicitly provided for on our order) and was smaller than the website pictures showed. We were told that the website actually was a composite of several apartments and not necessarily the one we had booked-- NOT COOL.
