We love staying at Grand Apartments in the centre of Teplice. As the name suggests, the location is absolutely perfect and extremely convenient, right by the spa area with the beautiful parks, the theatre, shopping, cafes, transportation, it feels safe and picturesque. The apartment is always clean and well maintained. The area is not noisy but even during busy times (like the spa season opening festival) the flat stays quiet and peaceful. It's very spacious and airy. The beds are comfortable and the apartment has all the equipment one might need during a stay. The inner courtyard balcony is a nice touch we appreciate. The receptionist on call is very friendly, responsive and always helpful.

I only have a few concerns, although none of them are a very big deal, mainly - the size of the elevator which is very small, too small to fit a regular size stroller. The shower drain is a bit slow to empty and sometimes it doesn't smell very good. Lastly, I was also thinking, it would make the place a bit cozier to have some extra pillows, blankets or little lamps just to feel a bit more homey, and a privacy drape (apart from the sheer curtains that are already there) on the window in the kitchen area would be appreciated, too. For travelers that like to cook, the kitchen has basic equipment and I think it would be nice to also find some basics like salt, oil, tea, coffee etc, things that none of us want to be buying when staying just a few nights and still want to cook breakfast in there. But like I said, these are more of suggestions than issues, just something to make the place even more comfortable.

Headline: Extremely Disappointing - Dangerous, Uninhabitable, Misleading - Forced to Leave After One Night! Review: This property was a complete and utter disappointment and even posed safety hazards. It is not a residential building as implied, but rather a converted office space located in a non-residential building on a pedestrian street. The entrance is tucked away next to a shisha bar, which was not mentioned in the listing. We booked this apartment for 12 nights, but were forced to leave after just one night. Despite arriving late and tired after a long drive, we simply couldn't stay any longer. The apartment was dark, cramped, and poorly designed. All the bedrooms face an inner courtyard with views of other windows, resulting in a severe lack of natural light. The layout is a long, L-shaped corridor with one bedroom on each end and a living room in the middle. This living room is the only room with a street view, while the rest of the apartment feels claustrophobic and gloomy. To make matters worse, there's an unexpected step down from the bedroom to the corridor. I tripped over it in the night (no night lights, remember?) and almost fell. The photos on the listing are incredibly misleading and do not accurately represent the layout or condition of the apartment. There is no proper dining area, just a small section of the corridor with a table crammed against a window facing a wall. The kitchen was shockingly ill-equipped. There were only two very old pots and a badly scratched pan. The plates and cups looked like they were from a second-hand store. The bedrooms were sparsely furnished and uncomfortable: * Bedroom 1: Contained a bed with a rock-hard mattress, two broken bedside tables, a tiny and extremely wobbly wardrobe, and a desk with no chair. There were no lamps and the cheap, dirty curtains were partially hanging off the pole. * Bedroom 2: Had a single bed (also with a very hard mattress), one wardrobe, and another broken bedside table.
