Listing shows 1 carpark, this is misleading unless you classify sharing on street parking with all the beach goers, we had to park hundreds of metres away on multiple occasions. The kitchen while newish had substandard cooking equipment, the frypan was so bad we had to purchase our own, the cooktop temperature was so bad I managed to boil 2 steaks, the lounge is extremely uncomfortable as were the beds, sale price beds from fantastic furniture at best. the air conditioner was so badly maintained I had to clean it before my wife could come in as she suffers from asthma, I have photos of before & after & will try to add them. You have lists of what is required on vacating Eg: what’s to be cleaned etc, maybe you should use this list to ensure the property is received the same.

I like the location

Not sure where to start, the airconditioner was filthy, my husband cleaned the filters before I arrived as I suffer with asthma so it would have done me no good breathing that in. The stove wouldn't heat the pan enough to cook a steak on. The frypan was unusable, we went and bought one just to use here, the fan in the 2nd room had no blades and the airconditioner is too small to carry the whole unit. The beds were the worst I've slept in, hard and lumpy, and the couch was the same, very uncomfortable. There are directions on fridge on how to leave the property before vacating, yet on arrival we found it not to be clean, on top of the fridge was some kind of liquid spillage, we ended up cleaning it. We have stayed in these units before but we stayed in number 1, it was the total opposite and well worth the stay, unfortunately apart from location I have nothing positive to say about this unit, we only stayed on because we could not find anywhere else while we were awaiting the floors in our home to be restored from 2021 hail storm.

The air con was good. Water was hottt

Tv/DVD player broken, no instructions on kitchen appliances ie stove and dishwasher. Couldn't find external garbage disposal. No one was really comfortable and not enough blankets. The glass table was wobbly and that scared us all.

too noisy, apartment was so dirty, we had to clean it ourselves, the dust was disgusting, as with some pots and pans not cleaned properly from the previous tenants.
