We had to call up a number of times before getting the instructions for check in

I did not stay long enough to find out.

The stained pillows. The stained and dirty carpets. No heating. Old and rundown.

The location was perfect

We were told it had free parking but our allocated car park with the number of our unit on it had a trailer and other items parked in it.. so we had to park on the Street. Not impressed at all

Delay getting in , us part to blame I guess??? Unit was clean enough, but fans were really dirty and mouldy 😝

Conflicting instructions on collecting and leaving keys. Place very dated. No heating. Bed linen worn and not enough warm blankets.

The unit was filthy, mould in all rooms which started making my children and I sick. The bathroom needs to be updated, overall the place needs a deep clean and a split system aircon.
