Super location, and had parking. The studio is very clean, the shower is great. It was our second visit.

The tv was tiny. We saw in the photos and the comments that there was a breakfast basket but there wasn’t

This gorgeous studio apartment is set a couple of roads up from the beaches and town of St Ives, it was very comfy and spotlessly clean, and had a place to park your car. Donna was so friendly and helpful, and when my car wouldn’t start her husband got it going for me. This lovely couple also left us some Cornish beers and biscuits which were really tasty and such a lovely touch.

Lovely apartment, spotless and comfortable.

St Ives is very hilly which was fine for us but others may need to consider this when visiting.

Location was brilliant. The kitchen was well equipped.

After we no longer had the option to cancel the booking, an update magically appeared on the listing that there was construction work going on at the site. It started at 8am. So if you are a light sleeper, and looking for a relaxing holiday of late mornings, then this place isn't for you. The mornings were always filled with the noise of seagulls ( that the landlords couldn't control) and bright light streaming through the poor blinds ( which they can control). Overall, all of these factors meant we did not have a single night of restful, late sleeps that we were both hoping for during our holiday. Would also point out that the towels smelled disgusting...like old laundry that's been left in the washing machine before someone remembered to take it out.
