Just they told we have booked all the rooms already even I paid online full amount and they are ready to refund but I said for room not for refundable then they arrange a room in nearby hotel and drop me there in same price.thanks for cooperation

Nice experience

The condo was nice and clean. It’s nice if you wanna have some rest.

As a foreign who doesn’t know the area, I was not expecting it to be so far from the civilization. We had to get transportation to any place. (10€ grab minimum). Not the hotel fault though, we just didn’t know. I never saw the reception service opened. So we had no one to ask for some guidance in the city… a man came to us to give us the keys, I asked if there was any rent a scooter around but he didn’t know. Anyway, it is not a bad place but we changed to another hotel in the old town the next morning.

Room clean and comfortable

The hostel was not reactive at all to answer our questions. It put us in a very difficult situation where we didn't know when we were supposed to be and if we could do the activities we planned to do in Phuket. It was almost impossible to check-in because there were nobody at reception and the hotel was not answering our messages...
