Muy bien ubicado, cerca del centro de la ciudad, dotado con lo minimo necesario para un viaje familiar. Supermercados y almacenes a la mano. Limpieza en general buena.

El equipamento de la cocina en general esta en mal estado, sartenes quemados pegachentos , platos y cubieros mal lavados. Cafetera muy precaria y muy sucia donde se coloca el agua. Fue necesario lavarlos a fondo.

Apartamentai labai ramioje vietoje, nors yra miesto centre, labai patogu nueiti į visus pagrindinius Sevilijos objektus - katedrą, Ispanijos aikštę, "grybą", visas senamiestis pasiekiamas pėsčiomis.

Le chiavi erano in una cassetta con codice, ma era già aperta. Il bagno vecchio e tenuto male, andrebbe totalmente ristrutturato. Porta box doccia che non chiudeva quindi allagava il bagno, accessori vecchi, bagno da ristrutturare totalmente.
