View, location, parking spot, ski locker/boot locker.

We visited in July (mid-winter). When we arrived the doors and windows were all open so the apartment was freezing. The heating system was extremely slow and didn’t effectively heat the space. Terrible shower heads with narrow/sharp stream. Very small bathrooms. Poor bedding (sheets didn’t fit).

Clean. Just the right size for a family of 5. Or can probably fit more. It has 2 toilet which is great. Kitchen needs are complete and all necessities. It even has laundry/dryer. And the view from balcony is great. It probably has the best view of the mountain.

You need to go by stairs from the Thredbo center to the property. Pretty high. And tiring if you need to go back and forth to property more than once per day. Not advisable for old people. Otherwise, if you are fit, you will be okay.

"Clean, comfy, great views and great value"

Check-in at reception was quick and easy. Basement level car parking was reserved for guests, making parking easy in a village where parking is notoriously tricky. Our apartment was spacious and well-appointed, beds were comfy, kitchen very well-appointed including a dishwasher. Relaxing on the balcony was a great way to soak up the glorious views across to the mountain. Would certainly stay again.

Our apartment was at the western end of the complex and the afternoon sun made it a little too warm (no aircon to cool it down)
