From the moment we arrived at Sands Beach Breaks Luxury Beach Front Umdloti, we knew we were in for an exceptional experience. Sandy's meticulous attention to detail did not go unnoticed. The cleanliness of the accommodation was par excellence, a standard that one would be hard-pressed to find elsewhere. It was evident that Sandy has poured her heart into creating an inviting and pristine environment for her guests. Moreover, it was clear that her support staff is well-trained; they share and emulate Sandy's commitment to excellent service. The team's dedication to guest satisfaction shone through every interaction, making us feel valued and well-cared for throughout our stay. We are already looking forward to our next trip to KZN, and without a doubt, we will be booking with Sands Beach Breaks again. The place

How the owner spoke to us when we first arrived, she was just rude to us, and we were sent to some garage to get the keys. So unwelcoming never booking at this property. Don't get me wrong, the property is beautiful, but the owner treats people like trash.

We didn’t have electricity the whole weekend until we came back, we couldn’t even charge our phones we had to go in town, we lost food because we ddnt hav electricity

Beautifully appointed apartment in great location. Great view! Nice and light. Sandy was most helpful in organising accommodation at the last minute.

Great location!

The apartment was absolutely beautiful, with everything that you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The views are something else, we got to watch whales and surfers all day and fall asleep to the sound of waves at night. Sandy was a wonderful host and went above and beyond to make our stay a special one!

The owner lacks organisational skills. Breakage deposit was paid per her instructions but she still asked for POP a total of FOUR times. despite spending detailed screen shots of my booking and the POP so that they could be allocated accordingly. (via email, WhatsApp and the booking.com app). She again queried POP the morning of my arrival. I proceeded to call her and only got ahold of her 3 hours later. Due to her poor organisational skills, naturally I felt unsure if my booking was indeed confirmed or if she perhaps double booked us. She proceed to literally scream at me and sent me sarcastic messages via booking.com. I would NOT recommend this place due to the owner’s behavior. I’m sure I would have been treated with respect if I wasn’t a person of colour!

The apartment is beautiful and very spacious, a pity we couldn't enjoy it more with our short stay. The outdoor area and view is amazing!

Complimentary coffee , sugar & milk would have been wonderful as we arrived late and the shops were all closed
