That the room is not cleaned after you check in , even if its a long stay. An ashray in the balcony would also help

"it was just minor issues that can be sorted, but the stay was great"

the view was excellent and the visitors( monkeys) every morning well behaved.

it doesn't have aircon and no bins to throw away rubbish.
