Mr Emirahan was amazing , always available and offered help in no time . Check in was smooth. The location is amazing too, close th the lake.. The price was slightly high ( but i think it's the case with nearby hotels during this time) Facilities: probably need better maintenance.

1. Difficult to drive to, though the parking slots available. 2. No elevator. ( Anyway was needed for ground floor) 3. Ventilation: somking smell was easily get inside if someone is somking around.
