There is nothing to like in this property .They have listed it as a family friendly property but when we reached there 5 adults and a baby all we could smell was cigarettes . The house wasn't clean , thebathrooms were pathetic and there was stench of urine ! The place is supposed to be equipped with cutlery and stove but none of it was in usable condition ! The ac was leaking in one of the flats and the house had mold and insects ! To add to all this they make you pay as soon as you reach the venue so there is no way you can leave that place ! Since we had a baby with us we had to buy our own stuff overall it was a horrible experience!

A very decent property,locality is very calm and peaceful.There is swimming pool and Restaurant.Vegator , Ozran and Anjuna beaches are only 5 min drive . Fuel station is 500 meters away and restaurants are also very near by, Nice stay experience.Thanks a lot

The location was good.

The staff wasn’t attentive and co operative enough. It was not properly clean. There was a big insect in the washroom. The property seemed different than the pictures showed in the app.

1. Rooms were not clean there was coakroach in kitchen and rooms. 2. Geyser was not working. 3. 2 rooms shower was connected you can't use your shower if another person turns off there shower. 4. Our money got stolen and we got no help we were forced to checkout without help and recording was not sent to us even for 1 hour even after multiple calls. I won't suggest going to this one.
