Villa Mayr

Property exactly as described. Beautiful views. Clean. Use of laundry. Use of paddle boards, pedal boat and floaties. Well appointed kitchen with the basics for cooking. Use of outdoor barbecue. Proximity to hiking, biking and other activities. Host was accommodating and responsive to any questions. Host provided recommendations for local food and activities. Payment was easy. Can’t say enough good things about Villa Mayr! The only thing we marked less than a 10 was comfort, only because there was not quite enough seating for 4 of us in the living area but we utilized a chair from the dining room. Would definitely book again! Host Lina was great!

Only a couple of times we would have liked a little more seating in living area ( but we are from the US and used to everything being supersized😂). We were mostly outdoors taking advantage of the lake, patio and other outdoor activities anyway.

Tolle Lage am See mit eigenem Seezugang

Die Lage und der private Zugang zum See ist phänomenal. Die Benutzung des Pedalo, Liegen und wenn gewollt der Sauna absolut top. Wir sind oft Baden gegangen, Sehr unkompliziert und wir konnten auch waschen. Die Infos und Tipps zu den aktuellen Aktivitäten persönlich, und sehr charmant.

Super tolle Familienapartments in ruhiger Lage direkt am See. Alles sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend. Es gibt zusätzlich Carboards zu mieten und einen hauseigenen Parkplatz. Zusätzlich besteht die Möglichkeit, mit den Autos zum ein- und ausladen direkt vor die Haustür zu fahren. Alles sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.

Uns hat es nicht gestört, aber die Betten knarren zeitweise ziemlich stark 😀.

Very clean & comfortable. Owner/ manager professional, friendly and helpful. Offered to book beauty treatments, allowed us to use their private items such as paddle canoes, the slide for her children, etc. Had a lot of extra clean linen and towels that we could use in n case of need. Kitchen well equipped with utensils. Whole surrounding quiet and peaceful. Everything in the apartment was in good condition and appliances and TV sets were in good working order.

Perfect place for a family holiday.

The Magdalenasee is simple, but beautiful little lake near villach, surrounded by mostly vacation houses. This quite little lake is great to visit with children, and the fact that you can use the sups and rowing boat is a great extra. The House is spacious and well equipped, Lena is really friendly and helps you with all your needs. Since it was to hot during the period we where there, we did not use the sauna, but that is for next time! The location is perfect, close to the center of villach, all the surrounding lake's and highway. Great for hiking and even visiting Italy, Slovenia, Millstater See... We where only there for a week and could stay there for two weeks easily. We were a bit scared that there would be to much noise from the highway and railway, but it's peaceful and quiet. Great place!
