Für unseren Bedarf eine Top Lage. Die Wohnung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Privater Parkplatz. Großes Appartement mit praktischer Raumtrennung. Sehr großes Schlafzimmer. Waschmaschine vorhanden. Smart TV. Praktischer Check-in mit Schlüsselkasten. Kontakt zur Vermieterin sehr einfach und zielführend

Badezimmermöbel sind desolat und alt. Balkon direkt bei Straße im ersten Stock ist nicht so einladend zum Verweilen

Very nice apartment, fully equiped and comfortable. There is a parking just around the building which is great when you travel with the car. It is 5 minutes by car to the city center or even less to the Kaernten therme. The communication with the host was superb, quick and easy.
