Nice apartment, good location.

The staff is quite rude , it’s really unpleasant to communicate. There is a feeling that guests are disturbing with requests.

Great location. Everything we needed was within a walking distance. Easy check-in process. Comfortable bedroom bed. The apartment was clean.

Only the street noises during nighttime when the window was open.

"The property was nice in general, but the owner should really change the cleaning lady"

Spacey apartment, including the bathroom. We liked the additional sofa, convenient parking space, a lot of power outlets. The apartment itself was really nice and comfortable. So the owner was, very responsive to the questions we had.

Location was so so. Enough for us, but you need to walk a lot (or use buses). Broken toilet seat, dishwasher not emptied, noises coming out from the staircase. But what we disliked the most was the behavior of the cleaning lady. The owner told us to contact her for any help, but she failed her tasks. First - she didn't send us check-in details in advance. Check-in time was 2pm, we were 4 pm, and still spent a lot of time struggling to get any details. She was not in the apartment and I couldn't call her. Finally she sent us the check-in instructions, which were really detailed, but - simply speaking - should have been sent earlier, like all other properties do. Unnecessary waste of time and nerves. Then we realized there was only one roll of toilet paper - for 4 people, for 3 days. I talked to her to deliver us more, but in the end she never did that. I don't know if she's overworked, in love, or just forgetful - but such ignore should really never happen.

The location is excellent, very good contact with the staff, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. Good choice when you travel as a group of 3-4 people.
