Helios Luxury apartment in Vilnius skyscraper

The apartment has beautiful views and the underground parking is very convenient. The location is excellent, with easy access to the Old Town and the White Bridge. It was also very handy to have a grocery store directly downstairs and a coffee shop just across the road.

Unfortunately, the property was let down by its poor condition and lack of cleanliness. The skirting boards looked like they had never been cleaned, the bathroom extractor fan was covered in dust, the kitchen extractor fan had a carpet-thick layer of dust, the shower drain was blocked, and the fridge was not properly cleaned. The mattress in the third bedroom had two large brown stains, which was particularly unpleasant and unacceptable. The apartment also appears very tired and in need of maintenance. The dining chairs were heavily worn and covered with faux fur mats, the damaged sofa was hidden under a blanket, and the rug was dirty. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and squeaked with every movement. The roller blind in the first bedroom was broken, one of the window rails had completely come off and had simply been left on the floor, several walls were damaged, and there was significant damp damage next to the balcony door. The air conditioning unit in the third bedroom was leaking. Judging by previous reviews and the visible water damage to the door frame, this does not seem to be a new issue. Overall, this could be a fantastic property because of its location and views, but it is clearly not being maintained to an acceptable standard. I noticed the owner has previously defended the cleanliness by saying the cleaner is doing their best. Based on the condition we found the apartment in, I have to disagree. If this is considered the cleaner's best, then the owner should seriously consider replacing them, because this standard of cleanliness is simply not acceptable for a holiday rental. The property also needs proper maintenance rather than covering worn furniture with blankets and throws. With some investment and attention, this could be an excellent place to stay.

The apartment itself was absolutely beautiful very spacious and cozy. The view from the window was amazing especially in the evening. Very good location,close to town center and shops and restaurants just on the doorstep. Beds are comfortable and you have everything you need in the apartment. We enjoyed our stay. And definitely will be back again on our next holiday 🫶

Super Lage! schöne Cafes nebenan und auch direkt ein Supermarkt. Aussicht war mega! Hat alles super mit dem Schlüssel funktioniert.

Betten haben leider sehr laut gequietscht.
