#stayhere - Cozy 1BDR Apartment Vilnius Old Town

excellent location, very convenient and with several cafes and restaurants nearby. The apartment is spacious, clean and had a good atmosphere, except for a strange smell.

the entrance to the apartment was scary and very dirty, with papers on the floor and broken appliances in the entrance hallway. The apartment's finishes are a little rough, but the space was very clean and spacious and comfortable.

The host was unresponsive and provided a phone number that did not work, which in case of emergency that took place was crucial. They also were not willing to help address the emergency in a timely fashion which ruined the entire experience.

The location is fantastic, right in the cenre of the Old Town. The instructions to get into the apartment were very clear and the apartment itself was very comfortable.

Location excellent in terms of walking access to Old Town, museums, bars etc. Dishwasher / washing machine modern and worked well. Bed linen / towels clean & fresh. On request, owner provided second set half way through stay. Abundant storage for clothes. Spacious and comfortable lounge. Efficient wi-fi. Great space in hall for wet coats / boots and heating system ensured things dried quickly. Large smart tv. Excellent & prompt communication with management.

Comments for consideration……..Entrance / corridors to accommodation off putting (graffiti). Access to courtyard just outside door of apartment cluttered with chair, stepladders, old picture frames, cardboard boxes and bike making it a serious fire hazard. Worrying as no fire extinguisher evident. Only one set of keys inconvenient. No cooking dishes for use in oven. Great tv but requires Apple / Prime /Netflix subscription details as no cable connection. Although on ground level, not really suitable for anyone with a disability as there is a small step between hall and bedroom / lounge……trip hazard. In addition, access to the bed (large and comfortable) was from one side only as circulation space around the bed extremely limited.

The flat is nice, clean, modern, the bed is really comfy. The host was really friendly, was always responding fast. The instructions about how to get in were easy to understand.

-The shower is a bit small, but that's not a big deal. -The kitchen is not really well equipped, only the basic things are there, but since we're talking about a flat, I'd appreciate a scissors, a cheese grater, so some things which people use for cooking.
