You can’t drive to the property. It’s in a historic zone on cobblestone streets with poor lighting that we couldn’t find a parking place but the parking they suggested was about four blocks away. Roads are uneven after looking for over an hour for the property a local man from another hotel, left his hotel and went up a few blocks and over and finally found this place when I got up there to try to get in. I push the button and I couldn’t get in. Nobody answered the phone. I called several times. I could see the lockbox. I had the code to that, but it was upstairs and I was in front of a lock iron gate. I had to find a hotel and I finally found the best Western and we stayed there for the night. It was wonderful. The lady should’ve told me that a woman in their early 80s could not drag her luggage five blocks at 10 o’clock at night to find the place we were late coming from Rome after traveling all night and sitting in Frankfurt at the airport for the day. No sleep wasn’t in a mood for games. It was easy to contact them before the day of the event.

Unable to take care of the guest properly, not disclosing the five block walk with your luggage, pulling it up cobblestone streets, only to find that you’re locked out and refusing to answer the phone it was about 1015. Solo un appunto, appartamento per 4 persone, il divano a 2 posti limita lo stare insieme in 4 per vedere la televisione. Ci vorrebbe un microonde per cotture veloci o riscaldare.
