Response from house owner were quickly.

Very bad facilities , bad smell into apartment, cleaning conditions very bad. Location was remote. It needs 50-55 minutes from roma termin or FCO

Dobrá komunikácia s majiteľom a dobrý pomer ceny a kvality. Apartmán mal 2 spálne, 3 kúpeľne. Dobrá lokalita - blízko bola autobusová zastávka, ktorou ste sa mohli dostať do obchodu i k vlaku. My sme ju nevyužili, chodili sme pešo. Vlaková stanica do 15 minút, aj obchod.

Riad v kuchyni nebol úplne čistý, museli sme si ho najskôr umyť. Taktiež chýbali ostré nože. Škoda je aj vonkajšieho priestoru, mohlo tam byť príjemné posedenie. Pre nás boli mäkké matrace, ale to je len o zvyku.

"Dobra baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Rzymu, ale stan łazienek, klimatyzacji i tarasu zdecydowanie obniża komfort pobytu."

Lokalizacja dogodna do zwiedzania Rzymu, ok. 20 minut spacerem do stacji kolejowej w Vitinia. Plusy: Wi-Fi, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia (poza brakiem czajnika), wygodne łóżka.

Niestety sporo minusów: wyczuwalna wilgoć na dolnej kondygnacji, nieuporządkowany taras, bardzo obskurne prysznice (grzyb, mały brodzik, niefunkcjonalne zasłonki, problem z regulacją temperatury wody), śmierdzące ręczniki oraz nieodgrzybiona klimatyzacja.

The host cancel our reservation at the last minute. It was so difficult for us to find the new location at 21p.m even I reserved it a few month ago
