Es war wunderschön.. Sehr ruhig und erholsam. Eine sehr schöne komfortable Wohnung und super Ausstattung.

Great location - close to the lake and major roads. Really friendly host. Plenty of space that can accommodate larger groups of people. Clean. If you enjoy to stay in the country site with cows and horses around you - that will be the perfect spot.

The apartment was big, clean, and well-equipped with plenty of room. It included a kitchen and a washer, which was very convenient. Restaurants and grocery stores were just a 10-minute drive away, and Tegernsee could be reached in 10-15 minutes. The Autobahn was about 20 minutes away, making it a great location overall. There are plenty of animals for the kids.

The breakfast experience could be improved. There were no fresh Semmeln, and the price felt too high, for children. Charging 15 Euros for a 10-year-old is excessive given the quality offered. Additionally, breakfast was delivered to the apartment and setup in the room in the morning, but this was not communicated to us beforehand. You can go to town and get more for much less.

The hostess was exceptionally friendly, the space very comfortable, and the food was excellent.

Great place to stay overnight. Delicious, freshly prepared breakfast, kitchen well fitted with everything you need in terms of cutlery, warm and cozy rooms.

Cows, that are located right next to the hotel in the barn - are a bit loud early in the morning, and depending on the direction of the wind - a bit smelly. For us it was not the biggest problem though.
