L'Attila - Big and cozy flat in the Center 7 beds

The owner lies that this is a 3 bedrooms apartment but actually has 2 bedrooms only. The owner didn’t respond to my email and messages in booking.com regarding getting the apartment address and the key before the check in date. I’ve to call the owner 3 times at the property front door on check in date before getting owner responds. This is the worst booking experience I ever had.

Away from the super crowded town and close to the view of Matterhorn. Best kitchen ever with all equipment and utensil.

Clean and as described and spacious

Kitchen small and to be honest not really set up to cook for a family. Fine for breakfast but nothing else

Good location, not exactly in the centre but Zermatt is a small town anyway. Kitchen with all the facilities we needed, since we cooked dinner almost every day. Plenty of space in the living and dining room. One toilet per bedroom is convenient when you travel with many people.

One of the rooms had only a small wardrobe (for three people), the other one was locked.

The best thing about this property is its location. It is so easy to walk into Main Street and shops, and also very easy to go to the chairlift

We had thought that this was a true three-bed room apartment, but it is actually only a two-bed room with sleeping sofas in the living room. Even though we still enjoyed our stay, but it would be much better if we had thought the actual room set up before we booked it:

the keys were exactly where the hosts said they would be. They sent a nice PDF with all the info

it’s quite spacious and got everything that one might need for a nice trip with family (big ones )

one of the bedroom doors could not be closed. need some work on that and another bathroom door didn’t have a key to lock. minor things.
