Stunning property with outstanding views. Attentive host and all the amenities of home. Easy to get to the centre of Zermatt with the free bus service stopping 15 metres away.

We are a family of 4 with 2 older teenagers. We had a very comfortable stay and enjoyed it immensely. Everything was provided for and the view of the Matterhorn was lovely. It is not right in the centre, but there is an e bus stop right there. Handy for when we were skiing. There is no lift and need to walk up a flight of stairs to the apartment. We are all very fit, so this is no issue for us. It is also a bit of a steep walk up hill, if walking from the centre. We used an e taxi to arrive at the apartment for 26CHF and walked with our luggage on departure down the hill.

Everything was fantastic. The host was very supportive, the apartment is located in a quiet area but not very far from the center of Zermatt, and the quality of furnishings and equipment is excellent. The view directly onto Matterhorn from the windows is stunning. Fully functional, very comfortable, spacious, great value.

The beds were too soft for us. This is not a flaw, just a mismatch, someone else might love it. The sauna in the bathroom is fantastic, but might enjoy some cleaning (smells mould when started). Otherwise no complaints whatsoever.

Pillows weren’t great. It’s a bus ride to the lifts and village. Although bus stop is out the front of the house

Great view of the Matterhorn from the balcony. The welcome bottle of wine was appreciated. Very convenient to the bus stop. Apartment was spotless and the bed comfortable.

Kitchen drawers are a little fussy, and hard to recall where things are. Shower worked fine but had slight odor to it.

Incredible view of Matterhorn from the back patio. super nice inside and has all the necessities to make a comfortable stay. spa shower, spa tub to name a few. the host was very kind and accommodating when we left something on the property on accident.
