Beatrice was very helpful and responsive. Comfortable, convenient and great views of the Matterhorn

The building is alongside a running water stream with views of the Matterhorn. A 7-10 min refreshing walk from the zermatt station. Beatrice is an exceptional host . Very very helpful . The apartment has everything a family with kids would need. The house had perfect temperature control . 2 beds in 1 room and an additional bed in the living room. Kitchen is well stocked with all appliances. Hot water is available 24 hours. Right next door is a small area for kids to play in the snow which our son loved. Value for money. Cant think of any negatives

Haus Pirata is very cosy, well located and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We are a family of four (2 adult children) and it was a great place for us to base ourselves for four nights. Beatrice is a wonderful host. Thanks Anne

The place was better than the photos. We had good sleep and was able to see Matterhorn from the living room and balcony. The host, Beatrice was friendly and thoughtful. Over all, we had a relaxing and memorable stay. The elevator was a definite perk for our heavy luggage lugging.

Some of the facilities listed are not actually at the property. Laundry access was one that I expected to have, but was told there was a laundromat at the station, which is about a 10 min walk away. The heater sometimes was turned off. It is not possible to control the temperature from within the unit. So we were sometimes a bit cold, which was somewhat uncomfortable

The location is very convenient with a legendary view of the Matterhorn. Everything with the host is hastle free, and the owner allowed us to leave our things after we checked out. Additionally, the owner was always available when we needed anything!

Very close to the train station, and city center. And with a beautiful Matterhorn view.
