Apartman se nalazi u sporednoj ulici udaljen od buke automobila, a dovoljno blizu glavne saobraćajnice. Nama sasvim dovoljno za prenoćište, kao i kraći boravak od par dana. Apartman poseduje fen, peglu i klimu, norveški radijator i tv (mi nismo palili tako da ne znamo sta ima od kanala). Imate mali prozor sa pogledom na dvorište (roletna se može spustiti). Aparman je bio generalno čist. Ispred apartmana se nalazi sto sa stolicama gde možete popiti kafu. Vlasnici apartmana su bili korektni što se tiče prijave i odjave iz apartmana.

Plafon je nešto bio niži nego što smo navikli, mi nismo imali problema, ali neko ko je dosta visok može. U kupatilu nedostaje neka kuka za peškire. Takođe u kuhinji nedostaje bar jedna krpa. Dušek je malo "istrošen" što se tiče udobnosti (sa oprugama).
