City Centre Orange Apartments Bastille

The booking was extremely easy and check in was easy to understand. Kelly and Becky were both very friendly and helpful when i collected the keys. Nice comfy bed and a good nights sleep.

The property was in line with the expectations. The process of checking in and out was straightforward. They ask for a see deposit in case of breakage but a few things at the property were broken, such as the towel rack in the bathroom, the light cover was missing. Parking was very easy and a plus in the city center of Aberdeen. Comfy bed and sofa. Overall, I would stay again

The batteries in the TV remote were discharged and the Pay TV was not working, no tea towel in the kitchen and no sugar/salt, which would be helpful. But there is a Sainsbury's nearby open until 11pm, so no much of an issue.

Spacious apartment

It was a nice enough property in a decent location with plenty of parking.

It was a bit of a scutter having to collect the keys on Union Street as parking there isn't great.

Very spacious flat and a super position in the city.

The absence of a hairdryer and dish towel was a little disappointing. Mattress and pillow protectors really ought to be standard in a rental apartment.

Spacious, quiet, warm and well equipped - felt like a home from home in easy walking distance of the city centre.

Information about extra charges and deposits could have been clearer on ad before booking however this was all handled smoothly by staff.

Fantastic building. The apartment was clean (though the sheet was marked), and certainly spacious. Good parking, off road, indeed under cover if I wanted. Convenient for city centre, and there is a Sainsbury's local store within a couple of hundred yards; just as well, as there was not even any salt in the kitchen. It could be a great apartment, with a bit more effort

Lobby, hallways etc are very shabby. In the apartment itself, apart from a plush sofa (and, to be fair, a comfortable bed) everything was of the most basic quality - no sense of luxury at all. The main oven did not function. The bare minimum of kitchen supplies - eg, no egg cups had I wished to have a boiled egg, no oven glove - one dishtowel and a tiny scourer pad. No curtains in the living area. Horrible dining table. It didn't help having to go to the agency's office on Union Street to collect the key. I had to chase up my deposit. Oh, and £35 extra cleaning fee as I had my dog with me
