Nothing, the hut was shabby on the outside, smelly inside, water coming out, shower moldy, toilet, blind broken, leftover food in the fridge, dirt on the carpet,the vacuum cleaner is dirty, the plates are brown, the garden chairs are dirty, the location does not correspond to the information given.After I fell from the toilet, I left 3 days early.

To carry on. Neighbor left her car running for breakfast. Floor covered with extinguishers, carpet at risk of falling...Nobody should visit this accommodation.

Quiet and peaceful

Couldn’t get into property before 6:30 as they were still cleaning it but was supposed to gain entrance at 4

All the appliances were in working order.

Outside bin was already full to the brim when we arrived and was never emptied so we had nowhere to put our rubbish. There was no bed linen whatsoever for the sofa bed. Some of the crockery and cutlery was dirty. Some mugs had dried tea/coffee stains in them. There was a bad fusty smell inside the lodge. There were quite a few other problems that previous guests have detailed in the Visitors Book and I would advise that this is examined soon and acted upon. The lodge is crying out for a bit of TLC. It looks tired at the end of the summer season. It’s a shame because it wouldn’t take that much expense and effort to solve all the problems and then much better reviews would be achieved.

Going home. Kitchen was well equipped but why have a dish washer instead of washing machine?

Arrived at 16.20 on the 23rd August as arranged. First impressions were very poor and was compounded on entering the property to find it was dirty, beds had not been changed or made up, what looked like bloodspots on one pillow, no pillow protectors, mattress cover was torn, bedding was not even matched sets and was of very poor quality. Pillows had previous occupants hairs on them. Fortunately we had brought our own quilt with us. We had to clean the chalet. The owner was economic with the truth when we eventually contacted her saying she had sent us a message about the cleaners not being there yet but this message was only sent after we had phoned her and never enquired after the event if the faults had been rectified and no compensation offer. The cleaners eventually turned up at 20.15 by which time all we were prepared to accept was some supposedly clean bedding which appeared to have not seen an iron and did not even smell clean. The bedroom blind was broken, the toilet seat fell off, the tile grouting in the shower was mouldy, the lounge furniture was uncomfortable and could not be used as a bed as there were no blackout facilities on the window or entrance door, the large rug was a trip hazard with frayed corners and turned up edges and dirty, The wood floor was damaged. The grass was uncut, the path and garden full of weeds, the view may have been good if you got on the roof. The patio chairs were worn out and one appeared unsafe, rubbish was strewn across the back as the bin had not been emptied, the wooden exterior of the chalet needs recoating as first impression was 'oh no'. We could go on but overall the pictures on the booking site were not of its current state or reality and probably broke the trade descriptions act. We think a refund in part is in order but we will not hold our breath. All very disappointing.

The location is beautiful,surrounded by mountains and huge pine trees,overlooking the currents.Sheeps and other wildlife can be seen,as well as army jets practicing around in the Morning.Very peaceful,and beautiful location.

Despite the fact that you can only arrive at a late time at 4pm,the cleaning wasn't done at our arrival at 15:50pm,but the host was quick to act and the cleaning crew arrived in 10mins,sadly didn't do a through rough clean, as we found lot of dust under the bed and behind the doors, as they were rushing. We booked the lodge for 2adults and our 10years old daughter, she slept on the pull out sofa bed, but it was very uncomfortable, the seats were sunken and the sofa bed was just wide enough for her to sleep on, not ideal to use it for night sleep at all. In the bedroom the bed was also very uncomfortable, mattress is too firm, causing back ache to anyone, and it is a double bed rather then a king size, we are two skinny people, but did not have a lot of space when we both were in bed. The little outdoor seating area is a nice touch, but sadly the view is blocked by the piled up soil at the end of the garden space and the chopped branches that were left there, our dog hurt his paws on the spikes of the branches been left laying around. Despite the fact that we went in August, we experienced some rainy weather, and it would have been nice to use the electric fireplace as a feature to feel warm, but sadly the fireplace did not work, and the remote control for that was hidden away from us.The dining table in the living room was broken, so we couldn't use it extended and ended up eating our meals on our lap on the sofa. The oven settings can no longer be seen on the temperature control buttons, so you had to guess how to set it right to bake a pizza,or any meals and the fire alarm goes on as soon as it senses the cooking heat..Some of the blinds were broken, and the table lamps aren't working either(or we couldn't figure out how) except the one next to the bathroom.

I liked view. Absolutely breath taking.

It wasn't cleaned after last guests. Code given by email wasn't working. Hard to contact over the phone.

Beautiful view

Location very good and very clean cabin

No linen for sofa bed provided and requested but still did not arrive. Luckily we had a sheet in our car to lie on to protect the sofa bed. One half of sofa bed hard and lumpy so not that comfortable. Had to use padding from quilt

Views advertised were in fact obliterated by a wall of vegetation years old. Views lost and so patio area also felt too small and uninviting
