Holi-Rent Santa Marina

Location is reallly good, next a local coffee shop & a cathedral , easy access to restaurants & sights

The check in process is online & difficult if you don’t have a phone plan , luckily we were able to reach the host on WhatsApp to arrange entry but I don’t think I would stay again ,, I prefer having in person contact , but otherwise is nice for the money

The property was situated in a perfect area for us. It was spacious and had everything required for a stay. A good sized fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine and toaster. A spacious apartment with plenty of storage for clothes. We hired bikes and there is safe bike racks very close by. Easily walkable to the centre and lively bars/restaurants in walking distance. The apartment was quiet and peaceful.

Noisy during the day, due to construction work in nearby premises, but quiet at night.

The accommodation is in a good location with plenty of amenities and places to drink and eat nearby.

Unfortunately we did not have hot water during our stay (2 nights). Hosts were informed straight away but we were told this would be fixed only after our stay as the maintenance team was not available (on a weekday). You are required to take out the bin bags when you check out and put them in a communal bin outside. This was not straightforward and we had to ask locals for directions. For the price of the accommodation this is something the hosts should take care of.

We like the location the most. It was near a grocery store. We appreciate the WiFi, washing machine, clothes line and ironing board and iron.

There was too much going back and forth about our time of arrival only to be told we can't check in earlier. The change in passcode different from the one on the video was communicated a bit late. I had to message that the passcode in the video was not working. Good thing response to the message was fast.

the premise is part of a house with a courtyard and with very thin walls, so its rather noisy day and night

A nicely equipped apartment at a great location. We were two and found the flat really spacious, beds were comfy, the place was quiet, everything was clean, there was AC, a TV, and even a washing machine! There is a nice place to grab breakfast next door and lots of great tapas bars within a few minutes walk.

All the windows are towards the inner yard - the place is a bit gloomy during the day.

Very well equipped apartment. Host was very kind and helpful. Good location.
