Friendly staff, on point with explaining us everything, Manuel did his job professionally. Views were beautiful and ac on point.

After getting there, I told Manuel i had a reservation and he tried calling the person we got the reservation through. Never answered him, after 8 calls i decided to call him. After dealing with that, my family and i get stuck in the smallest elevator for around 15 minutes. Mind you all i have a 6 month old baby and omg the space was small and no air coming in, I was about to panic for my baby. Luckily Manuel got it resolved while the person in charged really didnt care if we were stuck with a baby, wouldn't come back to this place just because of that.
