Modern 2 Bedroom Apartment - Adelaide CBD

The location, room and facilities were awesome. It was great to have detergents for washing up/dishwasher and the laundry on hand. Contact with the owner/manager was easy and they were extremely helpful.

A couple of additional pillows would have been great as my son and I like high pillows.

When I was able to connect with the host, he was very helpful and friendly. Meeting with a person when you are visiting from interstate is handy, this particular property did not facilitate a reception area, nor allowed me to enter without a keyfob but when I connected with host he was great. Once we understood the layout and instructions it was very easy to navigate to and from for our stay.

No reception, very automated and confusing. No signage. The room did not have bathrooms for each bedroom (probably my fault for assuming) The room was quite small for the price, and the Luxury tag in the title did not reflect the facility. Not luxury at all. Just a very small but standard and clean residential apartment.

Very good customer service and excellent pictorial and written instructions for entry into the property. Comfortable accomodation with basic provisions, good location.

Too basic for the price of $500 per night. For example, no tea or coffee provisions as is customary in booking.com properties, necessary items on very high top shelf while lower shelves available, payment for parking was extra. Not the fault of the property owners but bad cooking and orher odours in corridor. Essentially, it was reasonable accommodation in a student housing property, but definitely not luxury accommodation as advertised.

We loved that the property was in the central part of the city. The rooms were so comfortable, loved the beautiful bathroom and kitchen with a big fridge. The apartment was very clean and modern and had all appliances to make meals. It was fantastic having laundry facilities. Loved the balcony and the beautiful view over the city. The pool on the 18th floor with the city view was awesome !! We had an awesome stay at this apartment.

There was only one minor thing - no wine glasses !! Lol 🤣

Toilet clogs a lot and a bit messy but otherwise it was a great stay. Have stayed a few times now

It was spacious. Nice and close to the markets and restaurants. Very neat and tidy apartment. Great air conditioner. Fantastic to have a pool, gym and access to a communal BBQ area. Great communication from owners. Overall a great place to stay.

The apartment was very clean although with a lot of detergent residue in the shower and bathroom. The glasses needed a bit of extra polish. It’s great for perhaps a couple of friends or a couple that sleeps separately. But I wouldn’t stay as a larger group. There is only a 2 seater couch and nothing else but dining chairs to sit on.
