Las vistas al castillo desde el estudio es lo que más nos gustó, la verdad hermosas vistas, muy hipnóticas. En cuanto a la limpieza estaba todo muy limpio en general,.sólo que haría falta una escoba, que con tanta arena.... La ubicación un 9, cerca del centro andando apenas unos minutos y de la playa tbn apenas unos minutos. Vladimir nos avisó para entrar antes de la hora prevista y la verdad que se agradece mucho, muy amable de su parte.

El ruido externo de abajo del bar y el baño, la puerta no cerraba del todo quedando bastante abierta, el lavabo se inundaba por nada, no desahogaba bien y la cortina del baño ... dejaba bastante que desear. El hervidor por dentro lleno de cal. Esas cosas son las que cambiaría para un 10. Son detalles pero que hacen la estancia más amena..

The position of this property is amazing, it is in the heart of traditional Alicante with a wonderful view of the Santa Barbara Castle. There are a few Spanish bars/ restaurants under it, but to be honest we did not hear them too much. It was lovely hearing the Spanish language. It was a downhill walk to the actual post of Alicante, when was great. The property is on the second floor of an old, Spanish building, meaning that the staircase is very narrow, by modern standards. Vlad, the owner, was welcoming, but we didn’t need to contact him again, until we left, to tell him we had gone. With some tweaks, this has the potential to be an even more amazing property.

The shower head leaks, the shower curtain rail needs fixing or replacing, a newer washing machine would be advisable, the door to the shower needs to be replaced…it is cracked. The ceramic hob should be replaced, this is cracked. More crockery in the kitchen cupboards would be great, including mugs for tea/coffee. The living room was lovely. The bed frame needs a mattress that actually fits the base and is not too short, move the bed to the centre and have a bedside cabinet earth side of the bed with a lamp on each, it it not that comfortable sleeping right up against the wall.

Очень хорошее место. Чисто, все что нужно для отдыха есть. Нас встретила приветливая девушка, показала апартаменты, ответила на все вопросы что нас интересовали. Рекомендую для отдыха
