Piso en el corazón de Alicante

Stayed here 4 nights at the beginnjng of April. Great location with a fantastic view of Santa Barbara castle. It's on a hill so minor fitness is necessary when coming and going into town. It's a very local area with tourists just walking through in the daytjme. Mostly locals sitting outside in the early evenings. Our host Alen was welcoming and answered any questions. Wifi worked well. Only negative but small issues were that the bathroom door didn't close fully and also the position of the bed could have been turned so both sides are free to get out without hopping over one person! 😂 Anyway, absolutely fabulous stay!!!

Bathroom door not closing fully didn't bother us, but may be awkward for some. Bed position was a little awkward but didn't spoil our stay. Also, the stairs up to the apartment from the entrance are quite narrow and may cause upset for some carrying larger suitcases.

Excellent location in beautiful setting. Close to beach, bars and dining. Lovely apartment done to a high standard and very clean.

Great location, very close to everything you want! Few minutes walk to the closest metro which is very convenient.

We knew the apartment was small which is fine, but the shower was so small, it had a shower curtain that literally stuck to you if you tried to move and made it very hard to shower properly. Bed was also extremely hard.

The view of the castle and old town from the balcony was fantastic. Very spacious for 2 people. Excellent location. Nothing is very far! Little touches like washing up liquid. hand soap. toilet paper. Freezer. Bedding and towels is a big plus (it's a real inconvenience when this is not included).

All good but things could be even better if... .... a couple of handtowels were included ..... 2 stools for the dining table (only 1 was there at the time of our stay).

The location was excellent. Lovely view. Clean, pretty, comfortable, and spacious apartment. It has everything you need. I would definitely recommend it!

The only thing I would really improve is the shower. That would really upgrade this apartment. A plastic door would be far more comfortable and esthetic. The plastic curtain was restricting the shower space, and water was leaking out as well. Narrow and steep stairs to get up to the apartment. It wasn't a problem for me but something to consider with heavy snd large suitcases.

Lovely view from balcony. Well equipped and air conditioning which was a godsend at times. Having wi fi was great!

I felt it was in a bit of a run down area and being a solo traveller wouldn’t have liked going out on my own at night.

Location is amazing, right in the center of the Barrio de Santa Cruz. The owner was very helpful by recieving us at 23h for check in

Toilets needs refurbishment , every time I took a shower the whole floor got flooded. Despite having a restaurant right at door exit, the neighbourhood in the area was a bit sketchy, specially by night.
