Outstanding location and a wonderful apartment.

Location was excellent. Nice pictures of locality.

Outside of building and common areas a little downtrodden and windows very dirty on outside. Too many plastic plants on almost every surface.

It was so homely..comfortable..clean also had all things u needed and the host was so contactable of needed

The flat was a good size, nicely decorated and had everything you could need. Lots of useful pieces if you had forgotten something, i.e.-sunscreen, hairdryer,shower gel etc,. Comfortable bed, but the black out blind lets light in at the edges & top and the curtains are only for decorative use as per the Owners instructions. Lovely view of the sea. Its location is brilliant and provides a great base for exploring Swanage & Dorset. Lots of great places to eat and independent shops. The Owner made contact to check we had arrived safely and got in, which was thoughtful.

Just a couple of simple things that can be easily remedied and would improve the overall experience. The bathroom door handle is broken. It doesn’t shut or lock and the outer handle falls off. This was noted by another visitor last year. The kettle is scaly and could do with a clean or just buy a new one. Again, also mentioned last year in the Visitor book. And finally parking. We weee able to park outside, but it was always busy and if there wasn’t a space you could pack at Broad Street Car Park, just up the hill. But it does charge from April-Sept. But these are fairly minor and would not stop us returning.

Quite alot of stairs. Ok if your able bodied. Takin the bin out was bit of a faff. But not the end of the world.

An anti slip mat for the shower is needed before some body slips .

Very nice little flat, very cosy and well maintained. Information about stay was brilliant with the help book, very handy.

The shower is very weak and the bed is very squeaky! Apart from that, can't complain, except for the weather, rain and beach closed lol
