Znakomita lokalizacja w pobliżu dworca, przystanków, sklepów, restauracji, plaży. Świetnie wyposażony apartament, mały minus za dość małą drugą sypialnię. Dobry kontakt z Panią opiekującą się lokalem.

Sängyt 190cmx140cm, yksi peitto/sänky,vuoteet pienet ja ahtaat pohjoismaalaiselle.Jos olette isokokoinen pari,on hankala nukkua.(Espanjassa on myös 200cmx160cm vuoteita ja useampia peittoja). Naapuri asunnossa haukkui öisin koira. Suihkutilat voisi peruspestä useammin. Toisen makuhuoneen ikkunat kadulle ja ikkunan alla ilmalämpöpumppu yksikkö.Sama kun ei olisi ikkunoita lainkaan,kaikki äänet kuuluivat jo aikaisin aamusta.Lämpöpumppu yöllä pitää tietysti ääntä.

The apartment is located in an excellent area, right in the center of Alicante. There are shops, a bakery, and many restaurants just a short walk away. It takes about 10 minutes on foot to reach the promenade. The place is very pleasant and has two bedrooms, including one with a private bathroom. The apartment is quiet, exceptionally clean, and smells fresh. It has all possible household appliances and is very well equipped. The atmosphere is very comfortable and welcoming. Communication with the owner was excellent. Javier was always available on WhatsApp, and contacting him was easy and convenient. Concha, who handed us the keys, was extremely kind and friendly. She showed us the entire apartment, which was a big plus. Everything was tidy and well taken care of—the apartment itself, the staircases, and the surrounding area were all very clean. A lovely touch was the availability of coffee, sweet snacks in the kitchen, and bottles of water in the fridge. We highly recommend this place.

Wyposażenie apartamentu. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Możliwość pozostania w apartamencie poza godzinamii wymeldowania. W pobliżu dworcowa autobusowego i centrum.

I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment! Everything was perfect — clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was great, and the host was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay!

Excellent apartment and generously equipped. Arrival was good because we were met outside the apartment and shown around. During our stay there was a problem with the TV. The owner personally came over and managed to fix it. Location was good: close to the railway station and a good supermarket.

The only reason it is not excellent is because there are a few snagging issues. For two people these were irrelevant, but one of the beds squeaked when sat on and the shower in one of the two bathroom was broken and unusable. Since we didn't need two bedrooms or two bathrooms, these faults did not detract from our stay, but may affect the comfort when 4 are staying. A little outside noise from other apartments and outside.

Everything was perfect from facilities to location we couldn’t have asked for more , Would definitely stay here again
