Location was ok

Accommodation nothing like the picture. Damp not very clean unkept outside not very safe

Access into the property was easy to find with a key lock box. All bedrooms had tellies with Netflix / YouTube but no live tv Ariel.

Upon entering the property we noticed that it didn’t look like the photos presented on the advertisement to this property, the carpets are absolutely filthy, we all kept socks / shoes on as a result of this. The mattresses are thin and extremely uncomfortable. The utensils weren’t clean. The bedroom doors all have broken locks or holes in, very dangerous. Toilet seats not correctly installed and slid off. The advertisement says free parking, but in actual fact you have to drive streets away to POSSIBLY find parking. There is permit only parking which isn’t accessible to people staying, the area isn’t great as evidently a students accommodation area. The property is generally rundown, with stuffs on the walls. I would recommend this property to anyone.

The pictures and description made this sound lovely. In reality it's a student HMO that's been repurposed. It's certainly not an apartment boasting a private entrance but a terraced house with a front door up some extremely steep steps. The outside was scruffy and unkempt. The house was unbearably hot on arrival and the advice from the agent was to turn the heating down, as if we hadn't already tried that. The well fitted kitchen boasted 1 wine glass, 1 pint glass and 5 mugs. The kitchenware was filthy and greasy and needs throwing in the bin, although it wouldn't fit as the bin was ridiculously small and broken. The fridge is on an extension lead sitting in water from the radiator that's not plumbed in, obviously because it leaks. The freezer is full with ice build up so the door doesn't shut. Only one of the showers was warm enough. The bathrooms were mouldy and dirty. The windows don't shut properly with gaps around. Our view was of split open bin bags with the rubbish strewn everywhere. And finally the house didn't smell very nice either. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

It had plenty of beds and bathrooms.

The front door would not lock. The WiFi didn’t work. The outside front could use a bit of a cleaning.
