The location was perfect for exploring downtown Seville. The apartment was well furnished with everything you needed. The host was extremely accommodating.

What an amazing apartment and wonderful host! My parents, partner, young daughter and I had a fantastic time in beautiful Seville and staying in this peaceful and comfortable apartment was a big part in this reason. There is honestly not one thing that I felt was missing or that I could suggest to improve it. The host Javier replied very quickly and helped with any questions we had. All the main attractions and shops were easy to reach (and that was walking with a 6 year old and 60+ year old with mobility issues). The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for cooking while supermarkets, restaurants and bars are close by. I cannot recommend enough. Thanks so much again Javier and Natalia!

Izvrstan stan u centru grada, prekrasan domaćin Javier koji daje detaljne upute o stanu i o gradu, zaista ugodan boravak. Stan ima sve što vam treba. Čista desetka.

The location, the facilities, the amenities, the love and care the owner so obviously gives it. And the host. What an intro to the property and the city. A great experience all around.

Nothing at all

Javier was amazing! Fast and easy communication before we arrived, answered all of our questions. He met us at the apartment and showed us everything and gave us an overview introduction to Seville. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen.

That we had to check out

Javier was the perfect host. He greeted us personally as we arrived at the apartment, and then spent about an hour explaining the features and equipment in the apartment, as well as giving us a wealth of information about local attractions, restaurants and shops. He contacted us again during our stay just to make sure everything was all right. He made us feel very welcome. The apartment itself is spotless, spacious, secure and comfortable. The appliances and fittings are of a very high standard, and importantly everything just works as it should. All the usual amenities are provided, together with a massive amount of storage for the occupants. Whisper-quiet air conditioning creates ideal temperatures in three independent zones, but the double-glazed windows (which keep out street noise as well as heat) do open for fresh air and ventilation. The apartment is located in an area that is well served by supermarkets and other shops, and is within easy walking distance of major attractions and the old town. All in all, this has to be the best accommodation we have enjoyed in several trips to Europe. Javier is very proud of his apartment and has every right to be proud. We would not hesitate to stay at his apartment again or recommend it to our friends.
