"Ottima esperienza"

La posizione é comodissima per raggiungere a piedi il centro ed é appartata (non ci sono rumori esterni). La comunicazione é stata perfetta e lo staff ci ha sempre risposto in tempi veloci! Aria condizionata e pale comode con il caldo della cittá

Unica nota negativa quando entravi c'era un odore pungente (quasi come se fosse di vernice)

Расположение студии в центре старого города, достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. Сама студия хорошая, в расположении имеется вся необходимая техника, даже стиральная машина.

Здесь можно перечислить несколько замечаний. При заселении комната была очень сильно перегрета(стены,ручки дверей, сантехника) из-за жары на улице в +45*, кондиционер не работал, студия не была подготовленна. Для того, чтобы ее немного остыть понадобилась около суток. Кондиционер не работал должным образом, очень слабо. С трудом противостоял наружной жаре(мы жили на последнем этаже). Размер кровати не для удобства 2х взрослых человек, можно было увеличить. В жару спать-это не удобно. Пришлось спать порознь: жена на кровати а я на дополнительном диванчике свиснув ноги наружу :). Без ключевой доступ в номер мне не очень понравился из-за того что привязан к wi-fi (wi-fi есть на всей территории гостиничного комплекса-это хорошо), нужен smartphone и следить чтоб телефон не разрядился. Мой разрядился :( снимая красоту города Севилья. Пришлось идти до машины и подзарядить на пару % чтоб зайти в номер. Будьте готовы ко всему.

Nice clean cosy flat with a good quiet location to sightseeing areas. The host Alberto was super helpful and friendly with recommendations

"Comfortable, good value stay!"

A very pleasant stay. Great value for money. The bed was comfortable and the loft was clean and tidy. The host was very friendly upon arrival too!

Shower pressure wasn’t good unfortunately but made do. Hopefully this can be fixed for other guests:)
