"Clean and modern residence with high summer rates"

The residence is next to Viale XX Settembre, a street with lots of restaurants, bars and cafes. Apartment was clean and quiet with windows facing an inner court.

Keys need to be picked up at a different place, inconvenient if you come by car because there is no place to park. Communication was lacking. They forgot to tell me what the floor the residence was on and there were no indications in the building. Called the emergency number and that person also didn’t know.
